Here are some of the houses on Commonwealth Street, Woodbridge Historical District, Detroit, MI 48208. They are mostly three-story Victorian, some are single-family homes, some are duplexes, while a few have been converted to apartments. On some of the corners and side streets, you'll see some two and three-story apartment buildings.
This is a follow up to my post,
Driving Commonwealth Street, which has about 9 minutes of video.
The house in the two pictures below stands on the corner of Commonwealth and Putnam. I featured the alley behind this house in my post
Detroit Alley Art in Woodbridge.
And if you haven't already, settle back and watch some video as I do
a drive-by on Commonwealth. I cruise the 11 blocks from Grand River to Merrick then back to Grand River.
